Hello Parents and Players,

Below are the hotels and flights that the coaches will be taking for our scheduled season events. We have requested no Friday games and no games after 3pm on Sunday when possible to allow time for travel.  However, while they will try to honor our request there are no guarantees.  Therefore, there may be games on Friday evenings so we ask to arrive as early as possible that day if not the day before and book your return flights after 5pm when planning your flights.  We will know the schedule 7 days before the event in case we need to make changes to departing flights.

Some room blocks have various hotels, if a player is traveling without a parent, they will be required to stay at the same hotel as the coaches.  Please speak with a Coach so we can make a list of players traveling alone.  Book the same flight as a coach when possible so they can travel together to make it easier to coordinate transportation.  Coach Hotels will be highlighted in parentheses.

PUMA events require that we stay at hotels booked through Event Connect to be able to play at the event.  You cannot book a room on your own for PUMA events on another site otherwise it will not meet their stay-to-play requirement!  We were able to hold some rooms for our organization to stay together, however, the reserved rooms are only held for a set number of days, so please reserve your room before they expire.  Most reservations do not require that you pay in full, only a small deposit to hold the room.  Payment in full would be due when you check in.
