Any Payments Collected for Team Fees, Participation Fees, Season Dues, Services, Merchandise are non-refundable for any reason.

Credit from Limitless Basketball events may not be credited towards Limitless Basketball merchandise.

[1] Credit towards other Limitless Basketball Event(s) is subject to event availability. In the event Limitless Basketball cannot accommodate providing Credit towards a specific Event(s), Limitless Basketball will provide purchaser with alternative Event options, as reasonably practicable. The parties agree that alternative Event options are subject to the sole discretion of Limitless Basketball.

Postponed/Cancelled Events:

In the event that an Event is materially hampered, interrupted, interfered with or Limitless Basketball is prevented from the normal conduct of its respective business for reasons beyond Limitless Basketball’s control, including, without limitation, pandemic, epidemic, fire, wildfire, drought, tornado, tsunami, tropical storm or hurricane, blizzard, heat wave, blackout/brownout, volcanic eruption, flooding, landslide/mudslide or other action of the elements, power outage or failure in electrical or air conditioning equipment, work stoppage, strike, lockout or labor dispute, government order, court order or order by any other legally constituted authority, venue condemnation, act of God or public enemy, acts or significant threats of war or terrorism, riot, or civil commotion (collectively, “Force Majeure Condition”) it is expressly understood and agreed that purchaser, will not have any claim of any kind of nature against Limitless Basketball relating to the obligations for their purchase under this Policy prevented by the Force Majeure Condition.  Subject to feasibility and practicability, payments for Event(s) postponed and/or cancelled due to a Force Majeure Condition will be applied as a credit to a future Event(s) that will be held on a specific date, as determined by Limitless Basketball (“Credit”). In the event Limitless Basketball cannot accommodate providing Credit towards a specific Event(s), Limitless Basketball will provide purchaser with alternative Event options, as reasonably practicable. The parties agree that alternative Event options are subject to the sole discretion of Limitless Basketball.  All Credit(s) provided by Limitless Basketball must be used by purchaser within a year of the postponed/cancelled Event.

Merchandise:

Merchandise are final sales. Merchandise may be exchanged for another size based upon availability.
